Donuts in the heart of bury Went there few times and loved everything about this place. I choose my donuts always but last time when they didn’t have the Mr happy (my daughter’s favourite donut), the lady just asked me if I can wait few minutes and she got them mr happy freshly made from kitchen. She never said “ NO we don’t have Mr happy today”

Our favourite doughnuts & lovely coffee. Always our go to if we fancy a sweet treat. Always clean & tidy, swift service & friendly staff. However, we didn't stay or order today, we left because the Halloween special doughnuts just didn't appeal for us. A limited edition selection in keeping with the season is fine, but for me it would have been better had they done them in addition to what they regularly have, unfortunately it wasn't the case. I will wait until Halloween is done & then be back. Recommend

The worst caramel fudge frappe I have ever been served. Having had the same frappe at other Dunkin Donuts, I was totally shocked to see what was put in front of me. White frothed up milk was all I could see. Utterly disgusting to look at and tasted even worse. Not the friendliest of customer service either. Was told that this is how they do them. Won't ever be returning to Dunkin at The Rock in bury. I'd advise anyone else to give it a miss also.

Absolutely amazing service by Maryam today! I have visited this branch multiple times and am usually served by Maryam. She goes over and beyond of what is expected, is a kind person whilst still providing lovely service and amazing recommendations. I have genuinely returned back to this branch before because of her - which is an amazing compliment as I usually tend to drink other franchises drinks over Dunkin. As soon as I entered, my husband, daughter and I were warmly greeted by Maryam. She created an open conversation which allowed me to speak to her about her recommendations and answer any questions I had. I queried about the sweetness of the mango match drink. Maryam explained the flavours, as well as the quality of ingredients used. She also mentioned it was one of her favourite drinks. As I’ve been served by her before, I trusted her recommendation and tried the drink. It was amazing! My husband who usually hates matcha commented on how great the drink was and how this would become his ‘go to summer drink’. Maryam also took the time to ask for my review of the drink after I had tasted it and if I was happy with it. She also mentioned that I should consider trying the strawberry matcha if I liked this one :) she genuinely is an amazing asset to the team and even makes the time to talk to my 10 month old daughter which most retail workers don’t do. Amazing service and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the lovely service and amazing recommendation Maryam!

Visited 12/08/2023, was passing and saw an offer for 12 Dunkin Donuts for 12 (normally 17) so took up the offer and also purchased a chai latte and fudge frappe (very nice and had vibes of the coffee chocolate syrup taste from quality street). The staff member who was on his own was very helpful and quick and helped with selection choices/recommendations. The shop is situated near top of the Rock, Bury I’d recommend a visit when your next about, Donuts & Drinks

Lovely vibrant coffee shop in a perfect location. Donuts are superb and the staff are great, including the greeter at the door - customer service is very key these days! Was quite straightforward ordering and didn't have to wait long in the morning. will certainly be making another visit soon

Amazing!!! Always loved DD unfortunatelly there are fewer and fewer nowadays. The owner of this shop was so lovely, made us the best coffees. When we're back in town we will 100% go back and visit.
